Во-первых, я действительно не знаю, в чем именно заключалась проблема. Однако я обнаружил, что раздел EFI может быть поврежден. Я выполнил следующие действия, чтобы исправить это (и я думаю, что это может решить большинство подобных проблем с загрузкой).

Вот мой рецепт решения большинства проблем с загрузкой:

1) Создайте загрузочный USB-накопитель:

некоторые дистрибутивы Linux не поддерживают восстановление при загрузке, например Ubuntu 23, поэтому рекомендуется создать диск для восстановления при загрузке.

  • (Загрузите ISO-файл boot-repair-64bit-iso ИЛИ boot-repair-32bit-iso)
  • Запишите его на USB или компакт-диск с помощью Rufus в Windows или создателя загрузочного диска в Ubuntu (или любого другого аналога).

2) Загрузитесь с USB-накопителя для восстановления в реальном времени.

Это модифицированный дистрибутив Lubuntu, который содержит инструмент для восстановления загрузки и некоторые другие инструменты, устраняющие другие проблемы с загрузкой. Запустите инструмент восстановления загрузки и нажмите «Рекомендуемое восстановление». Это может решить большинство проблем. Если это не решило ваши проблемы, продолжайте читать.

3) Очистить все

  • здесь вам следует отформатировать раздел EFI, так как он может быть поврежден (как в моем случае) (вы можете использовать инструмент GParted, уже установленный в живом USB-накопителе для восстановления загрузки.

  • Теперь вы можете воссоздать этот раздел EFI, используя этот способ . Или вы можете восстановить его с помощью Windows USB (если у вас Windows с двойной загрузкой с Ubuntu) для UFEI MBR .

  • Если вы восстановили его с помощью метода Windows USB и восстановили раздел Windows EFI, вы сможете загрузить Windows после загрузки, откройте cmd и администратора и выполните следующие команды:

    bcdedit /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu yes

    bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi
