Bluetooth Dongle при загрузке не работает [Ubuntu 23.04]

Вкратце: хотелось бы, чтобы Bluetooth включался при загрузке.

У меня есть USB-адаптер Bluetooth 5.1. Он работает в Windows 11.

В Ubuntu 23.04 (также 22.10) он не включается при запуске. Я должен вручную повторно вставить ключ.

Похоже, при загрузке система распознает его как ключ Ethernet ?
