Исключения при установке через pip3 dynaconf

Я пытаюсь установить конкретную версию dynaconf на виртуальную машину Ubuntu, поэтому мне нужно будет установить клиент ara (Ansible Record Analyzer), но я продолжаю получать следующие исключения:
