Почему он не работает с таблицами sqlite?

Я следовал этому: Проблемы с зависимостями при попытке установить qgis python-qgis qgis-plugin-grass

И пытается установить:

sudo apt install libmysqlclient-dev 

По какой-то причине выдает ту же ошибку о qgis.

Это, кажется, навсегда испортило мою систему. Все, что я пытаюсь установить, приводит к этой ошибке.
