Bluetooth не обнаруживает никаких устройств

При попытке подключиться к любому устройству с помощью поиска устройств оно всегда оказывается пустым, даже если у меня одновременно включен телефон, планшет и Bluetooth Bose SoundLink Mini.

Я пытался найти свой ноутбук через мой телефон, и мой телефон даже не находит мой ноутбук. (Видимость включена)
