Команда обновления apt-get не работает из локального зеркала xenial

Используя apt-mirror, я загрузил пакеты xenial на свой компьютер (IP-адрес: 172.16.3.37). Содержание моего "mirror.list" для apt-mirror следующее.

Я пытался установить пакеты с помощью этого репо с другой машины. Файл /etc/apt/sources.list этой машины содержит следующую строку (я намеренно сохранил только одну строку, чтобы уменьшить количество ошибок).
