Ubuntu 18.04.1 - TP-LINK TL-WN821N не готов при загрузке

У меня система Ubuntu 18.04.1 с беспроводным USB-адаптером TP-LINK TL-WN821N. Когда я загружаю ПК - сетевое соединение не удается, и кажется, что устройство не настроено должным образом во время загрузки.

Довольно странный случай, и я даже не уверен, с чего начать расследование, потому что после переустановки в USB он сразу начинает работать...
