Не могу выключить - отключение IRQ #16

Не удается выключить питание после установки Ubuntu 16.04. с помощью командной строки "shutdown", используя кнопку "shutdown" или опцию перезапуска. Последняя строка обычно гласит:

Отключение IRQ #16
