apt-get update Невозможно подключиться и получить ошибку

Кажется, я не могу обновить или установить пакеты на моем минимальном VPS-сервере uBuntu 14.04 LTS.

Сначала сервер выдвигал IPv6 вместо IPv4, сохраняя обновление% на 0, я исправил это следующим образом:

If you want to make the setting persistent just create /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99force-ipv4 and put Acquire::ForceIPv4 "true"; in it.

Но сейчас я достигаю 100%, но все равно не получается.
