i2p: зависит: libjbigi-jni, но не устанавливается

Я пытаюсь установить i2p на моей плате на основе ARM с Ubuntu-сервером 16.04(3.4.113-sun8i #16 SMP PREEMPT Вт. 13 июня 14:15:57 CEST 2017 armv7l armv7l armv7l GNU/Linux). Но это говорит:
