Как установить последнюю версию rlang и dplyr?

Я хочу выполнить скрипт, который начинается с

library(dplyr)  
library(lubridate)  
library(ggplot2)  

Я начал с обычного r-base-core а также r-cran-lubridate установлены. Я получил:

(сам код не использует mutate_impl похоже, это проблема https://github.com/r-lib/rlang/issues/674, предлагающая обновление dplyr

г версия была R version 3.4.4 (2018-03-15) для dplyr я не знал, как это выяснить.

Поэтому я изменил источник, как описано в другом месте: добавил deb https://cloud.r-project.org/bin/linux/ubuntu bionic-cran35/ в /etc/apt/sources.list

Я побежал

sudo apt-get remove r-*
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install r-base
sudo apt-get install r-cran-dplyr

но ничего не изменилось.
Установка изнутри оболочки R также не работает:
