Несколько мониторов с Intel GMA и Radeon HD 5450

У меня два монитора, первый подключен D-sub к Radeon HD5450. Этот монитор работает хорошо. Второй монитор подключен через D-sub к Intel GMA (встроенная графическая карта), и система не может обнаружить этот монитор. Я не могу изменить соединительный кабель. На Windows это работало хорошо, но на Linux я не могу решить мою проблему.

Я установил в графике запуска BIOS Intel GMA, но после загрузки ОС монитор переключится на HD5450
