В каком плеере я могу воспроизвести выходной видеофайл recordMyDesktop с расширением.pcm?

С помощью vlc:

sudo apt-get install vlc

recordmydesktop создает out.ogv

Следовательно:

vlc out.ogv

vlc audio.pcm

Или откройте свойства для audio.pcm в вашем файловом менеджере и выберите Open withVLC
